I’ve ordered from Pawfectpets a few times now and the delivery has been spot on every time. I get the tracking updates, the box turns up when it says it will, and there’s none of that chasing around wondering where it’s gone. Compared to a few other places I’ve used, it’s just… yeah, much easier. Happy with the whole thing.

I ordered a few things for my dog and the actual order went smoothly enough. The site was easy to use, delivery arrived when it said it would, and everything looked like the pictures. The only thing was I had a small question and felt a bit ignored when I didn’t really get a response. Still, the order itself was no fuss, and I’d probably use them again.

My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, and thankfully nothing was broken. But the box was dented and the tape didn’t seem very secure. For pet items, I feel like it’s only fair to pack things with a little more care since people are trusting that what they ordered will arrive safely. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement. 3 stars.
